Cape Line Co. is a specialist mountain bike trip agent for one destination: the Western Cape of South Africa. We don't run the tours ourselves. We plan them, compare them and book them for you with local partner operators — the guides, lodges, shuttles and mechanics who know these trails best.
Tell us your group, your riding level, your dates and whether you ride e-bikes. We come back with a shortlist, honest advice on which trip fits, and one clear price. You decide, we arrange the rest. Your operator runs the trip on the ground; we stay your point of contact before, during and after.

A 20-minute call to understand your group, your fitness and what you're after. No pressure. If the Western Cape isn't the right fit for you, we'll say so.
We match you to the right trip type, the right partner operator and the right dates, and send one clear proposal with the price and terms.
Once you say yes, we confirm your place with the operator. Deposit and cancellation terms are set out in writing before you commit. A detailed pre-trip pack follows.
On the ground, your partner operator runs the trip — guides, shuttles, mechanic, lodges. We stay one message away the whole time, and check in afterwards.

Before we refer a rider, we ask the same things of every operator — permits for the trails they ride, qualified guides, and a safety and emergency plan we can see. If they can't show us, they're not on the list.

We'll tell you which trip suits your group, and which doesn't. We'd rather lose a booking than send you on the wrong trip.

You see the full price and the operator's deposit and cancellation terms before you commit. No surprises on arrival.
